We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Platform Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Platform Management:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the platform, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
  • Monitor and analyze platform metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Ensure the platform is up-to-date with the latest sports events, betting options, and odds.

Product Development:

  • Collaborate with the product development team to enhance platform features and functionalities.
  • Provide insights and feedback on user experience to guide product improvements and innovation.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure the platform remains competitive.

Compliance and Security:

  • Ensure the platform complies with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Implement and oversee security protocols to protect user data and prevent fraud.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure timely submission of required reports.

Customer Experience:

  • Work closely with the customer support team to resolve user issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance user engagement and retention.
  • Analyze customer feedback and usage data to inform platform improvements.

Marketing and Promotions:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Ensure promotions are effectively integrated into the platform and communicated to users.
  • Financial Management:
  • Monitor financial performance and report on key metrics to senior management.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field
  • At least 3 years of proven experience as a Platform Manager, Operations Manager or similar role, preferably within the sports or betting industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design.

Salary
N180,000 - N190,000 / Month.
