Job Summary

• Our team members are called Customer Experience Specialists because they are committed to understanding the products, engaging and connecting with our customers and ensuring our customers are satisfied every time.
• We are presently seeking passionate people who understand the importance of exceptional customer experience and are committed to creating such for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Understand our product(s), engage internal and third-party stakeholders, and explain basic financial processes in layman's terms to our customers
• Create exceptional experiences for customers every day that will make them loyal customers and ambassadors
• Based on daily interactions with customers, study trends/data about customer behaviours and garner insights that could improve our processes and products

Requirements

• Have keen interest in fintech and wealth management.
• Passionate about exceptional customer service.
• Have captivating communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Have patience to listen, empathy to connect with customers’ needs and resilience to manage push-backs.
• Bring excellent team playing and collaboration skills.
• Have strong analytical skills.
• Have 1-2 years of experience in a relevant role.

Salary
N400,000 - N500,000 monthly.
