Job Description

  • Redeemers Health Village is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Personnel with 2-3 years of experience, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our supply chain operations to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of medical supplies and equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the procurement, storage, and distribution of medical supplies and equipment.
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages and excesses.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and deliveries.
  • Assist in negotiating contracts with vendors and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to healthcare supply chain management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in supply chain management, with a strong preference for candidates with healthcare experience.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and supply chain best practices.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
