Job Overview

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team and spearhead the marketing of our business services.
• The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a strong understanding of marketing principles and a passion for driving business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales.
• Conduct market research to identify target prospects, analyze competitor activities, and identify market trends.
• Develop marketing materials including proposals, RFQ etc.
• Track and analyze marketing performance to measure ROI and make data-driven adjustments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry players.
• Collaborate with the operations teams to ensure effective marketing support and quality serice delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing, preferably in the facility maintenance, Human Resources, Consultancy or related industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
