Job Title: Sports Administrator for a Sports Academy

Location: Atosin-Idanre, Ondo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • Our client is seeking for an experienced and dynamic Sport Administrator to manage and oversee the operations of our Sport Academy.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports administration, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for nurturing young athletes.
  • You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the academy, including scheduling, logistics, compliance, and coordination with coaches and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the Sport Academy, including scheduling and logistics.
  • Coordinate with coaches, trainers, and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage budgets, resource allocation, and financial planning.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
  • Foster relationships with parents, sponsors, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve academy operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sports administration or a related role.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Experience in managing budgets and financial planning.
  • International affiliations and certifications are required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a sports academy or club.
  • Knowledge of sports development programs and athlete management.
