Job Description

• The Business Development Officer will be responsible for driving the growth of the company by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and the company’s market presence.
• This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual with a strong understanding of the industry and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive overall company growth and profitability by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Oversee and optimize processes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the company’s market presence and competitive positioning.
• Research and analyse emerging trends and opportunities for expansion.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the engineering industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Salary
N300,000 / Month.
