We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement human resources strategies that are consistent with organizational goals.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding and employee relations.
• Manage performance appraisal systems and talent development.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Work with leadership to improve employee engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in human resources, business administration or related majors.
• Have more than 5 years of rich experience as a human resources manager.
• Learn more about labor laws in Nigeria.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Applicants with experience in B2B e-commerce companies, personnel management experience in large manufacturing plants, and good government relations are preferred.

Benefits

• Salary: N450,000 Monthly.
• Salary includes 20% performance appraisal
