Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.
• The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities, including site preparation, building construction, and finishing work.
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety protocols.
• Manage and mentor site engineers, technicians, and laborers.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, site reports, and other documentation.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve project issues.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in construction supervision.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with construction software and technology.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
