We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including property developers, architects, contractors, and facility managers.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, digital content, and campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track performance against targets.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our brand and network with potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to close deals effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the escalator, elevator, or construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
