We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Waitress

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and deliver them to the kitchen staff promptly.
• Serve food and beverages to guests with professionalism and courtesy.
• Ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience by promptly addressing any questions or concerns.
• Handle payments, process transactions, and provide accurate change when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service flow.
• Assist in setting up and closing the restaurant, as needed.

Job Qualifications

• Previous experience as a waitress or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A friendly and positive attitude with a commitment to providing excellent service.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift trays of food and beverages.
• Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
