We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Vice President, Principal Investments and Private Equity

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: Senior Partner

Duties & Responsibilities

• Managing the execution of projects with clients which includes and is not limited to financial modeling, valuation, M&A advisory, preparation of information memorandum and transaction management
• Managing projects and serving as team lead
• Acting as an advisor/mentor to project team members and client teams
• Ensuring timely delivery/execution of tasks and projects
• Participating in project presentation to clients
• Delivering professional presentations
• Ensuring consistent quality of thought, work processes and deliverables
• Ensuring quality of deliverables & work processes; checking against agreements to ensure conformity with contact guidelines and client expectations
• Managing all aspects of client engagements.

Education and Experience

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Management or any other numerical
• or technical discipline from a reputable University.
• Minimum of 10 years’ relevant post-graduation experience gained in investment banking or
• similar environment
• Appropriate post-graduate and/or professional qualifications such as an MBA, CFA, M.Sc. in
• Finance, ACA, ACCA
• Females are Preferred for gender balance.
