We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Associate Vice President, Principal Investments and Private Equity

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time
Report to: Senior Partner

Duties & Responsibilities

• Managing activities required for sourcing, screening and advising on new investments, as well as portfolio management and reporting for existing investments, not limited to financial modelling, valuation, preparation of investment recommendations and transaction execution
• Ensuring quality of deliverables & work processes to support fundraising, strategy development and creation of value for investors, investees and other stakeholders
• Managing projects and serving as team lead
• Acting as an advisor/mentor to project team members and client teams
• Ensuring timely delivery/execution of tasks and projects
• Delivering professional presentations to clients/stakeholders
• Managing relationships with investors, investees and other stakeholders.

Qualifications
Education and Eexperience:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field from a reputable university
• A minimum of eight (8) years of post-graduation experience.
• ICAN, ACCA or CFA certification
• An MBA from a reputable university will be an addedd an advantage.
• Females are preferred for gender balance.
