We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Titles: Female Executive Assistant

Location: Abuja (FCT) and Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule Management: Organize and maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and events.
  • Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, responding on behalf of the executive when appropriate.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. Prepare detailed itineraries.
  • Document Management: Prepare, review, and manage documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain organized filing systems.
  • Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items. Coordinate logistics for meetings and events.
  • Project Assistance: Assist with special projects and tasks as needed, including research and data analysis.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, managing expenses, and maintaining office equipment.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, and proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
  • Attributes: Professional demeanor, attention to detail, ability to work independently, and a proactive attitude.
