Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales within the consulting space, with a proven track record of generating revenue and fostering strong client relationships.
  • Additionally, the candidate should possess the ability to efficiently execute and implement projects.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored HR solutions.
  • Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Track sales performance metrics, analyse data, and generate reports to inform decision-making and strategy refinement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Represent Kimberly Ryanat industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and foster partnerships.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales.
  • Proven track record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the consulting or professional services industry.
  • Experience working with clients in the public sector is required. Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
