We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Relations Officer

Locations: Abuja (FCT),  Lagos & Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Making outbound calls to potential customers and promoting products or services
• Generating leads and closing leads
• Handling customer inquires and concerns promptly
• Maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction
• Providing product information and assistance to customers
• Resolving customers issues and complaints effectively
• Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to achieve sales target
• Following up with customers to ensure their needs are met

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or relations, preferably in a relate estate
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoftware Office Suites
• Strong Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication skills
• Good selling skills
• Good Negotiation Skills
• Excellent customer relations skills.
