We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Officer, Business Development

Job Responsibilities
  • Bring in new users/ organizations to embrace the e-collection business of Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN)
  • Deepen existing relationship
  • Follow through with other assigned responsibilities on NHF business and ensure there is coordination with all stakeholders, especially, the banks
  • Monitor the National Housing Fund(NHF) platform
  • Manage your own diary in order to organize and prioritize daily/weekly goals to give report on activities
  • Take ownership of other assigned duties
  • Maintain customers' relationship and ensure loyalty through topnotch customer service delivery
  • Understand the working operations of NHFs and establish a clear-cut approach to serving them, articulately and confidently;
Required Skills/Qualifications
  • B.Sc in related discipline
  • Minimum of Second Class Upper
  • 2- 3years Minimum Years of Experience
  • Minimum of One Year Sales & Marketing Experience
  • Banking Relationship Management
  • Prior Experience in Financial Services
  • Highly IT & Computer savvy – In depth know how of Microsoft Office tools., word and excel
  • Ability to think strategically & be self-motivated
  • Innovative & Creative thinker
Basic Skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills both verbal and written.
  • Good analytical skills and the ability to impart detailed data to others
  • Interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with other staff at all levels
  • Methodical, systematic approach with a good eye for details
  • Ability to deliver by planning work and setting targets for the achievement of objectives.
