We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities
  • Source new Micro-Finance Institutions(MFI)
  • Deepen existing Micro- Finance Institution relationship
  • Coordinate solution deployment projects to MFI, manage own diary, in order, to organize and prioritize daily and weekly goals;
  • Analyze Client feedback as well as market trends
  • Maintain customers' relationship and ensure loyalty through, top notch, customer service delivery
  • Cross-sell other eTranzact's products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings
  • Understand the working operations of MFIs and establish a clear cut approach to serving them, articulately and confidently.
Required Skills/Qualifications
  • Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with minimum of Second Class Upper Degree
  • Minimum of 5 Years’ Experience
  • Marketing ePayment Solution Deployment Know-How
  • Prior Experience in the MFI sector
  • Highly IT & Computer Savvy
  • Project Management Skills & Certification
  • Experience in Relationship Management
  • Ability to Think Strategically & Motivate Self
  • Innovative & Creative thinker
Basic Skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good Analytical skills and the ability to impart detailed data to others
  • Interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with other employees at all levels
  • Methodical, systematic approach with a good eye for detail
  • Ability to deliver by planning work and setting targets for the achievement of objectives
  • Broad understanding of current private/ public sector policy issue
