Job Title: Team Lead, E-Banking
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure all E-channels platforms function optimally: Internet banking, Mobile App, ATM, POS, Cards etc.
- Daily settlement of all Electronic channel’s transactions
- Daily Reconciliation of E-channels accounts.
- Rendition of internal and regulatory reports
- Debit card issuance
- PIN issuance and Support
- Profiling Cardholders for Web payments (SAFETOKEN and 3D Secure)
- Management and project implementation of all E-channels platforms.
- Pilot test and Support for deployment of channels.
- Dispute Arbitration/Resolution
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints and enquiries on E-channels issues.
- Customer support and feedback.
Qualifications / Required Skills & Competencies (Technical and Soft Skills)
- 3 - 5 years of work experience.
- Great problem-solving skills.
- Consistent with the ability to deliver by promptly meeting deadlines.
- Great customer-centric skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient with Excel.
