Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Identify and manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor project progress.
• Coordinate and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Monitor project progress against the project plan and make necessary adjustments.
• Manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel.
• Track project costs and ensure adherence to the project budget.
• Monitor project schedule and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Manage changes to the project scope and ensure they are approved and implemented effectively.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal team members.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns promptly.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations.
• Conduct quality inspections and audits as required.
• Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
• Resolve contract disputes and claims.

Qualifications

• BSC/HND in Construction Management, or Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of waterfall project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problemsolving abilities.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project).
• Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and teambuilding skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and challenges.

Salary
N280,000 monthly.
