Job Title: Customers Relationship Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Identify prospective customers
• Lead generation and conversion
• Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs of product.
• Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
• Answer questions about the products.
• Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements.
• Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors.
• Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with existing customers and potential customers
• Process orders and delivery request
• Handles reconciliation and book keeping

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an OND, FSLC, or NCE qualification
• Must have 2 - 4 years experience.
