Job Description

• We are in search of a qualified Fisheries / Livestock Manager to join a leading Livestock Farm in Oyo State.

Duties
Key Duties include:

• Oversee fishery operations and keep all equipment safe.
• Scheduling and record-keeping of all farming activities.
• Collboarte with other team members to enhance farming efficiency.
• Train new fishery employees.
• Identify endangered species and put measure in place to conntrol losses.
• Research ecosystems to define the impacts caused by global change, pollution, and other causes.
• Identify and monitor areas and issues impacting fish health and reprodcution.
• Restocking water when due and ensure freshness of water always.
• Identify invasive species and determining treatments to protect the fish and water
• Accurately recording data from recreational and commercial fishers
• Take and analyze sample species and give accurrate report.
• Any other duty as may be assigned.

Qualifications

• BSc / HND / MSc in Fisheries / Livestock Management.
• Experience: 2 - 5 years.

Skills:

• Must be knowledgeable in both Livestock and Crop Farming.

Salary
N220,000 - N300,000 monthly, plus free accommodation and other benefits.
