FactBase Consulting Limited - Our client, a fast-growing and professionally-run FMCG company, with factory located in Sagamu/Ijebu-Ode axis, and Head Office in Lagos Mainland, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Strategy

Job Description

• We require an honest, intelligent and experienced professional to join its team as Head, Strategy.

Key Areas of Responsibilities (Summary)

• Support corporate, regional, sub-regional, state-level and functional leaders with strategy development, executive decision making and implementation.
• Function as an internal consultant, to foster a collaborative environment through direct interaction with senior executives.
• Develop strategy formulation for the organisation.
•  Provide strategic support to the company’s senior executives.

Major Requirements

• B.Sc / B.Tech / HND in Management / Social Sciences, Business Administration / Management or any other relevant discipline.
• A higher degree (e.g., MBA, M.Sc or PhD) is a must.
• Professional certification (e.g., ACA/ACCA) will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 12 years’ relevant experience, with at least four years in a mid-management level, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG company.
• Deep knowledge of strategic planning and execution.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office suite.

Reward System

• Salary range: N14,000,000 - N18,000,000 per anum.
• There are high prospects for career growth.
