Job Title: Customer Relationship Officer

Location: Gwarimpa - Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone, email, or in-person.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Drive sales through effective product recommendations and upselling.
• Prepare reports on customer feedback, complaints, and overall satisfaction.
• Assist with inventory management, including conducting regular stock checks.

Qualifications

• BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Requirements: 2 years experience in customer service, sales, or relationship management roles.
• Must have natural hair
• Gender: Female

Salary Range
N100,000 per month.
