Job Overview

• To provide technical support to the Sales and Marketing department

Responsibilities

• Preparation of Bills, Quotations and Project cost and BOQ to meet Client requirements
• Develop and update product methodology guide for staff and Clients regularly
• Undertaking cost analysis for projects
• Preparing and analyzing costing for tenders
• Develop and implement quarterly technical training for applicators, sales team
• Responsible for developing technical content such as industry and product-based articles.
• Responsible for Product training for all newly engaged staff of the company
• Develop content for company social media handles and email Marketing-Colton Industries
• Responsible for surveying industry-wide relevant information such as articles, news, videos, etc and posting on our social media platform.
• Collaborate to develop technical documents with team members for products such as datasheets, SDS etc on the company website
• Providing technical support for the sales team, applicators and clients.
• Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing publication

Requirements

• First Degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related Sciences
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent Communication skills – both oral and written
• Organizational skills
• Interpersonal relations skills
• Must possess exceptional client-facing and internal communication skills
• Good analytical skills.
