Job Overview

• We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Operations Manager to join our team at Zuma Coffee Limited.
• The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and managing logistics, inventory, and process optimization.
• This on-site position requires close collaboration with various departments to ensure efficient operations and support our growth in the coffee industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Manage logistics for domestic and international deliveries, maintaining accurate sales inventory records.
• Implement and refine operational processes and systems to enhance productivity.
• Handle inventory control, including price adjustments and updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives and ensure effective communication.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on operational performance and progress.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Strong background in logistics, inventory management, and process optimization.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
