Job Description
- We are looking for a responsible quality control manager who will be in charge of all the affairs of the restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day activities of the restaurant
- Ensure all occupant abide by the restaurant policy
- Monitoring food handling, storage and preparation
- Verifying that dishes are prepared according to recipes and preparation standards
- Checking the quality and freshness of ingredients received from suppliers Quality Control ensure monitoring raw materials usage, ensure wastage are also Control
- Overseeing the cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment and dining areas. Maintain a clean, organized, safe working environment.
- Handling of reports
Requirements
- HND /B. sc in Hospitality Management
- 3-5years working experience
- Knowledge of restaurant management system and procedures
- Ability to multitask
- Must live within Ikotun area.
