Eko Maintenance Limited is a rapidly growing Facility Management Company that specializes in the maintenance of high-rise building facilities with offices located in Victoria Island, Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Storekeeper

Description
As a Store Keeper at Eko Maintenance Limited, your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining a meticulous record of all items in the store, ensuring accuracy and completeness in inventory management.
  • Administering the stored items with care and caution, following established procedures and guidelines.
  • Collaborating with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment of stock and efficient utilization of resources.
  • Conducting regular stock checks and audits to verify inventory levels and address discrepancies promptly.
  • Coordinating with other departments to fulfill internal requisitions and external customer orders accurately and on time.
  • Ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the storage area to uphold high standards of hygiene and workplace safety.
  • Utilizing computerized inventory management systems to track stock movements, generate reports, and analyze trends for informed decision-making.
  • Providing support during inventory counts, reconciliations, and year-end audits to maintain data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess HND / Bachelor's Degrees
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in storekeeping or inventory management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proximity to the workplace is preferred for efficient and timely attendance.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using computerized inventory management systems and MS Office applications for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices for handling and storing various types of items, including hazardous materials if applicable.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication, honesty, responsibility, collaboration and awareness is key in any task.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 Monthly.
