Job Description

  • The ideal candidate should be able to balance sales responsibilities with office management tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Initiate and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients. Understand their needs and offer suitable products or services.
  • Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Handle post-sale support and follow-up.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations including managing office supplies, equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Accurately input and manage data, including client information, sales records, and other relevant documents.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team including preparing reports, handling correspondence, and assisting with various projects as needed.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications. Manage phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
