They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Telesales / Sales Representative

Location: Lagos

Job Summary 

  • We require for immediate employment 10 Telesale/Sales Representatives who could speak with British or American Accent at their high-end office is located in Surulere, Lagos.
  • The ideal candidate must be a dynamic telesales professional with a passion for closing deals. He/she will in addition be responsible for conducting one-on-one online tutoring with clients assigned by company.
  • Update daily client progress. Study and research relevant topics and materials for upcoming classes.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting outbound calls to prospective clients.
  • Presenting our training courses in a compelling and persuasive manner.
  • Identifying client needs and tailoring solutions to meet those needs.
  • Handling objections, providing detailed product information, and closing sales over the phone and one-on-one.
  • Managing and maintaining a pipeline of potential clients using CRM software.
  • Collaborating with our marketing and training teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • BSC/HND, M.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
  • Proven track record in closing sales is an advantage.
  • Experience as radio presenter will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in telesales or broadcasting.
  • Ability to speak with British or American Accent is a must.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong ability to handle objections and provide tailored solutions to clients.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to different client needs and industry trends.

Salary
N150,000 - N400,000 Monthly with commission.
