Job Summary

• Our client is seeking an seeking an experienced and visionary leader to join our school's administration team as Vice Principal (Administration).
• As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving our school's success and shaping the future of our students.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations to ensure efficient school functioning.
• Manage staff schedules, monitor student attendance, and maintain comprehensive school records.
• Lead and implement initiatives to improve school policies and administrative processes.
• Facilitate effective communication between faculty, staff, and the broader school community.
• Support the Principal in executing strategic plans and driving the school’s mission and goals.

Job Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience in the education sector, including a minimum of 2 years in an administrative or leadership role.
• Prior experience as a Vice Principal or in a similar senior leadership position.
• Proven track record in a senior leadership role within an international or British school setting.
• Demonstrated success in improving academic achievement and driving school improvement initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• In-depth understanding of the British curriculum and its adaptation within the Nigerian educational context.
• Strong commitment to fostering a multicultural learning environment and fluency in English.
• A passion for creating a positive and productive school environment.
• IGCST or other international school certification preferred.
