Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly as they enter the boutique.
• Assist customers with product selection, offering personalized styling advice.
• Drive sales through effective product recommendations and upselling.
• Maintain an updated knowledge of sales promotions, new arrivals, and boutique events.
• Assist with inventory management, including conducting regular stock checks.
• Keep the boutique tidy, dusting and cleaning of shelves.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND in Business or related fields.
• Requirements: 2 - 3 years in retail, and customer service.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.
