We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Corporate Event Planner

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events from start to finish, ensuring they align with client expectations and company standards.
• Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and budgeting.
• Develop and implement event concepts, themes, and timelines.
• Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring smooth operations.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver successful events.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
• 5 years of experience in corporate event planning or coordination.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple events simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
