Requirements
- Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in real estate sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a sales team, including experience in training, mentoring, and performance management.
- Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Abuja real estate market, including key players, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company’s overall business goals.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Customer Relationship Management: Proficiency in CRM tools and the ability to manage and grow client relationships.
- Networking Ability: Established network within the real estate industry in Abuja, with the ability to build new connections to drive business growth.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to handle challenges, resolve conflicts, and find innovative solutions to drive sales success.
Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
