Job Title: Senior Art Director

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team of (art directors, copywriters, designers) to produce high-quality work.
• Develop and execute creative strategies to meet client objectives.
• Conceptualize and oversee the production of marketing materials (ads, social media content, websites, etc.).
• Collaborate with account managers to understand client needs and preferences.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Provide guidance and feedback to team members to ensure high-quality output.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Present creative work to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Min of 5 years of experience in a creative management role.
• Portfolio showcasing creative work and leadership capabilities.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and brand development.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Added Advantage:

• Experience with design software (Adobe Creative Suite) and project management tools.
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels and social media platforms.
• Certification in marketing or a related field.
