Program Instructor (Music & Art) at IDMANN Academy

IDMANN Academy provides tutorial support to secondary and pre-secondary age students via our class-leading online platform. The IDMANN High Achievers' Camp (HAC) provides elementary school students an outstanding educational experience by introducing them to development courses at an early age. This highly focused engagement provides an ideal learning environment for highly gifted students who could benefit from accelerated development, students with special needs who could benefit from individualized attention, or families seeking personalized and customized instruction for their children. In every instance, IDMANN Academy offers a curriculum - and delivers curricular outcomes - that is intended to meet the unique needs of the student and the aspirations of the family at large. These tutorial outcomes are delivered by way of direct interaction between the students and the instructor in very small focused groups.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Program Instructor (Music & Art)

Location: Umuahia, Abia (with limited remote positions available)
Number of Slots: Multiple positions for each subject

Requirements
Prospective candidates must meet ALL of the requirements below:

• Be trained in the chosen subject.
• Have a minimum of two years of experience teaching the indicated subject.
• Be prepared to present a portfolio (for art) or performance video (for music) that demonstrates proficiency in the chosen subject area,
• Have excellent facilities using computers and commonplace software in an academic or tutorial capacity.
• Be willing to work in the evenings and at night to meet the scheduling needs of students.

Other Information: 

• Target Age: Elementary School
• Principal Instrument (for music): Piano
• Principal Medium (for art): Canvas, Digital Art also welcome.
• Preference: Instructors who can combine both subjects
