Job Title: Admin Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support to the Lead Curator in daily operations.
  • Manage client interactions to enhance overall business experience.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, tasks, and appointments.
  • Assist in planning and executing events alongside the Lead Curator.
  • Oversee customer service operations and maintain accurate data management for the company.
  • Handle email correspondence and manage marketing initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and employees.
