Job Description

• As the business expands, we are selecting a talented and experienced Executive Assistant with Sewing Knowledge to oversee production operations and ensure the highest standards of quality, efficiency and creativity is achieved and work closely and in detail with the MD to ensure the set goals and objectives of the company is achieved.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and calendar management: Coordinating appointments, meetings, and events.
• Communication and correspondence: Managing emails, phone calls, and letters on behalf of the MD.
• Event planning: Assisting with fashion shows, presentations, shoots and other events.
• Project management:Supporting executives with special projects, such as product launches or brand initiatives.
• Confidentiality and discretion: Handling sensitive information with professionalism and tact.
• Team coordination: Liaising with various departments, such as design, marketing, and sales.
• Fashion industry knowledge: Staying up-to-date with industry trends, designers, and brands.
• Problem-solving and adaptability: Handling last-minute requests and unexpected situations.
• Other delegated assignments from the Managing Director.
