Job Overview

• The Graphics Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content for various subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical proficiency, and an understanding of design principles and trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Creation: Develop engaging and visually appealing graphics for a range of materials including websites, social media, marketing collateral, advertisements, and print media.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all visual communications.
• Concept Development: Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to conceptualize and develop design solutions that meet project objectives and deadlines.
• Creative Process: Handle all stages of the design process from initial concept through to final production. This includes sketching, digital design, and preparing files for print or digital use.
• Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools effectively.
• Feedback and Revisions: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and clients to refine and revise designs as needed. Ensure high-quality output and timely delivery of all design projects.
• Trends and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Apply new techniques and ideas to enhance the creative output and keep the brand visually fresh and relevant.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to deadlines and project specifications.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work.Skills:
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with other design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or CorelDRAW is a plus.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Ability to create designs for both digital and print media.
• Good communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
• Attributes: Highly creative, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Salary
N130,000 Monthly.
