Role Overview

• We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Auditor to join our audit team. As a Junior Auditor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the audit process, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information, and helping the company maintain compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals early in their auditing careers who are eager to develop their skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing internal audit assignments as per the audit plan.
• Review financial documents and records to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Perform preliminary analyses and testing of financial data and controls.
• Prepare and maintain audit working papers and documentation to support audit findings.
• Assist in identifying potential risks and control weaknesses within processes.
• Participate in discussions with various departments to gather information and clarify audit findings.
• Help prepare audit reports summarizing findings and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to enhance audit knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in auditing, accounting, or a related area is preferred (internship experience is also valued).
• Basic understanding of auditing principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and develop professionally in the field of auditing.
