Trident Microfinance Bank Limited (TMFB) is a financial institution licensed in October 2016, by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) to engage in microfinance banking. As a microfinance bank, we provide financial services to micro, small and medium enterprises both formal and informal, and to underserved individuals who require affordable loans.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: E-Banking Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• focus is on enhancing customer experience and driving adoption of digital banking channels such as online banking, mobile banking, and digital payments.
• Review onboarding documents and implement on the required platforms
• Resolve all POS /USSD/online banking profile management issues
• Token management and dispatch
• Escalate issues requiring higher level of support
• Merchant and corporate profile admin support on digital channels
• Digital channel and monitoring.
