We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Cook

Location: Ogudu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Plans, prepares, and cooks food ;items to ensure the highest quality service and experience for customers.
• They help keep the kitchen organized and running efficiently.
• They ensure proper food handling, sanitation and following food storage procedures.
• Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and measuring to ensure efficient meal preparation.
• Cook and present dishes according to recipes and standards set.
• Ensure all food is prepared safely and hygienically.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, and fryers safely and effectively.
• Monitor food during cooking to ensure proper temperature, flavor, and appearance.
• Assist in ordering and receiving kitchen supplies and ingredients.
• Maintain an organized inventory and report any shortages or discrepancies to the Supervisor
• Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required.

Salary
N66,000 - N72,000 monthly.
