Job Description

• The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining plastic blow and moulding machines.
• The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically with blow moulding and injection moulding processes.
• This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can ensure the production of high-quality products while adhering to safety and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate plastic blow and moulding machines according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality and efficiency.
• Ability to mix materials properly
• Maintain accurate production records and logs.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist in training new operators as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification in machine operation is a plus.
• Minimum of five years of experience operating plastic blow and moulding machines.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Salary
N110,000 - N130,000 monthly.
