Job Title: Business Development Officer (Real Estate)

Job Summary

  • As Business Development Officer, you will be instrumental in driving business growth by acquiring new clients and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential real estate clients through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential real estate buyers and investors.
  • Conduct property tours and provide detailed information on available listings.
  • Understand client needs and preferences to deliver tailored real estate solutions.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets for real estate transactions.
  • Prepare and finalize contracts and necessary documentation for real estate sales.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Stay informed about market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, particularly within the real estate industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and a solid understanding of the real estate market.
  • Proficiency.
