Description

• Our client is looking for a dynamic and motivated Information Technology Presales Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team and contribute to our growth.

Job Overview

• As an Information Technology Presales Engineer, you will work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions that meet their needs.
• You will be responsible for presenting our products and services, conducting demonstrations, and creating technical proposals.
• Your expertise in networking and systems administration will be essential in addressing client concerns and ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions

Key Responsibilities
Technical Expertise:

• Provide in-depth technical knowledge of networking and systems administration to support the sales process.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Presales Support:

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our offerings.
• Create and deliver technical proposals, documentation, and presentations.

Customer Engagement:

• Build strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their technical needs and challenges.
• Address customer queries and concerns with detailed technical information.
• Assist in the development of technical responses to RFPs and RFQs.

Solution Design and Architecture:

• Design and architect IT solutions that encompass networking and systems administration components.
• Ensure proposed solutions align with customer requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the feasibility and scalability of solutions.

Technical Validation:

• Conduct proof-of-concept (POC) tests and pilots to validate proposed solutions.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve solution offerings.

Post-Sales Support:

• Assist in the smooth transition from presales to post-sales by providing technical guidance during the implementation phase.
• Support the project management team with technical expertise as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in a presales engineering role or a similar technical position.
• Strong background in networking and systems administration.
• Proficiency in configuring and managing network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.).
• Experience with systems administration, including server management, virtualization, and storage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+, MCSE, etc.) are a plus.

Experience:

• 3-5years
