We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Experience Representative

Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Plan and track the shipments to destination
  • Communicate with cargo heads and supervisors from different locations on the status of items.
  • Prepare and send daily reports to the Operation Manager.
  • Provide information about our logistics services, pricing, and delivery options.
  • Ensure adherence to parcel release protocols and document any deviations.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures related to financial transactions.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries and providing introductory information to new customers.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Publish and share engaging content at least 3 times a week (e.g. original text, photos, and videos) with messages that attract new users and engage current users.
  • Ensuring that customers are satisfied with Services.
  • Following up with customers to check that they are satisfied with our services.
  • Troubleshooting common issues with the fleet operations team based on customers’ orders.

Requirements

  • 2 year experience is required. However, any professional certificate would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of logistics business
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office programme especially MS word, Excel, and any customer service tools is an advantage
  • Knowledge of basic knowledge of social media.
  • Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be a graduate.
