Job Description

  • We are seeking to employ a result-driven, self-motivated, and proactive individual to join its sales team as a Senior Enterprise Account Executive.
  • As the Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be leading a team of sales professionals, developing strategic sales plans, building, and nurturing client relationships, and ultimately achieving revenue targets.
  • The Enterprise Sales Manager plays a critical role in aligning the company's offerings with the needs of our clients, driving growth, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities
You will:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure individual and team success.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the sales team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the technology sector
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficient with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and Apollo.
  • In-depth knowledge of business technology solutions and their applications in various industries.
  • Understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills.

Salary
USD 1,000 net + commission
