Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage and grow a pipeline of corporate clients, leveraging existing relationships to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into long-term clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with high-level decision-makers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients to foster loyalty and long-term partnerships.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate sales, with a strong focus on B2B markets.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Established pipeline of clients with a history of successful sales closures.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
