Job Summary

• The Deposit Mobilization Officer at the Senior Banking Officer level is responsible for driving the bank’s deposit growth by developing and executing strategies to attract deposits from a diverse client base.
• This role focuses on building strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients to achieve monthly deposit targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in deposit mobilization within the banking industry.
• Excellent communication, sales, and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to achieve deposit targets in a competitive environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Competency Requirements:

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed monthly deposit targets.
• Target and acquire high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients for deposit mobilization.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and materials tailored to target clients.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring continued satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for deposit mobilization within targeted segments.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activities to adjust strategies as needed.
• Prepare and submit reports on deposit mobilization activities, performance metrics, and client feedback.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements in deposit mobilization.
