Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing key client relationships, ensuring their needs are met, and driving overall account growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Understand clients' business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and drive account growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products/services.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
  • Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports on account health and progress.
  • Resolve any issues or concerns promptly and effectively to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Develop growth strategies and plans
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
  • Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
  • Researching business opportunities and viable income stream
  • Following industry trends locally and internationally
  • First point of contact for third parties
  • Arrange and organize meetings
  • Prepare project proposals, presentations and reports.
  • Lead meetings addressing specific client challenges and develop recommendations and action plans towards their resolution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role in [industry].
  • Strong understanding of account management principles and practices.
