Job Description
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing key client relationships, ensuring their needs are met, and driving overall account growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Understand clients' business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and drive account growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products/services.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
- Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports on account health and progress.
- Resolve any issues or concerns promptly and effectively to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Develop growth strategies and plans
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
- Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
- Researching business opportunities and viable income stream
- Following industry trends locally and internationally
- First point of contact for third parties
- Arrange and organize meetings
- Prepare project proposals, presentations and reports.
- Lead meetings addressing specific client challenges and develop recommendations and action plans towards their resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role in [industry].
