Job Overview

• We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented NYSC Corp member to join our team as a Training Coordinator at OnePyramid Academy.
• The ideal candidate will not only assist in organizing and executing training programs but will also play a key role in selling our courses to prospective participants.
• This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in sales and a passion for learning and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule training sessions and workshops.
• Assist in the creation and development of training materials and resources.
• Manage participant registration and attendance tracking.
• Facilitate communication between trainers and participants.
• Sell OnePyramid Academy courses to potential participants and businesses.
• Provide logistical and administrative support for virtual and in-person training sessions.
• Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in sales, particularly in selling training or educational courses.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online learning tools.
• Must be about to go to camp or have just left camp, looking for a Place of Primary Assignment (PPA).

Salary Range
N50,000 - N100,000 / month.
